What we collect

• Order details (name, shipping address, email) — collected and processed securely by Shopify when you check out. We never see or store your card details.
• Site analytics — we use Vercel Analytics to understand which pages are visited. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
• Advertising data — we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure whether our ads work. It may set cookies and shares interaction events (like viewing a product) with Meta.

How we use it

• To fulfill and ship your order, and to email you order and tracking updates.
• To handle returns, warranty claims, and support requests.
• To measure and improve our site and our advertising.

Your choices

• You can block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the store keeps working.
• You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing hello@thelumemaison.com.
• You can opt out of Meta's ad personalization in your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences.

Third parties we rely on

Shopify (checkout and payments), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary for them to do their job.
