Orders & pricing

All prices are in US dollars. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order (for example, a pricing error or suspected fraud); if we do, you'll be refunded in full immediately.

Shipping, returns & warranty

Shipping timelines, our 30-day return policy, and the 2-year warranty are described on the Shipping and Returns pages, which form part of these terms.

Product use

Our pieces are ambient lighting for indoor home use. Follow the included instructions, charge only with the supplied or an equivalent certified USB-C cable, and keep electronics away from water unless the product is rated otherwise.

Intellectual property

The Lumé Maison name, site content, photography, and copy are ours. Please don't reproduce them without permission.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
