We ship free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, most of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, the UAE, and Israel. If your country appears at checkout, shipping is complimentary, every order, every time.

Who we serve

Lumé Maison is an independently run house of ambient lighting. Our primary market is the United States and the wider international audience who shop in USD, and we also ship to Israel, where the business is registered. Wherever you are, if your country shows at checkout, we deliver there.

An honest note on delivery windows

Our pieces ship directly from our fulfillment partners, which is how we keep free shipping on a $29–$95 catalogue. The trade-off is a longer window than a warehouse two states away. If your order hasn't arrived within 16 days, write to us and we'll chase it or make it right.
