Returns

If it isn't right for your space, send it back. You have two full months to decide.

60-day returns

You have 60 days from delivery to request a return for a full refund.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email support@thelumemaison.com with your order number, and we'll send instructions within one business day.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received.

Damaged or not working?

Photograph the problem and email us within 60 days of delivery. If a piece arrives damaged or stops working in normal use, we'll ship a replacement or refund you in full, and you won't need to send the faulty piece back.
