Returns & Warranty

If it isn't right for your space, send it back. Every piece is covered for two years.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for a refund.
Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email hello@thelumemaison.com with your order number, and we'll send instructions within one business day.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received.

2-year warranty

Every Lumé Maison piece is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects: electronics, charging, dimming, and build. If something fails in normal use, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage or normal wear.

Damaged on arrival?

Photograph the damage and email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement, you won't need to return the damaged piece.
